Dear members of the Ethos community,

We want to start by expressing our gratitude for your continued support of Ethos. We are proud of the custom framework that Ethos is built on, providing a truly unique FiveM experience that sets us apart from other “out of the box” FiveM frameworks. We are committed to building on this foundation to ensure that Ethos remains a top-tier community for all its members.

Over the years, Ethos has grown, with numerous scripts, MLOs (maps), vehicles, and clothing added to the server to enhance your experience. However, we have come to the realization that a large amount of requested updates have become redundant, resulting in compatibility issues that make it difficult to implement new features. We understand that this is not ideal, and we want to ensure that we continue to provide a high-quality FiveM experience for all of our members.

As of today, we will continue to address critical/roleplay breaking bugs but will not be taking on further updates. After careful consideration, we have decided that the best course of action is to rebuild Ethos from the ground up. We feel that it is time for the server to have a full refresh from the ground up.

We will be stripping the framework down to the bare bones, methodically adding back what we want to keep, and removing redundant code and assets. This approach will ensure that Ethos remains flexible enough to accommodate new features and enhances performance without any compatibility issues. We will also be incorporating fresh content, MLOs, and other exciting features based on the amazing suggestions and requests we have received from our fantastic community.

We cannot express enough how much we appreciate each and every one of you who have stuck with us throughout the years. Our team is committed to taking Ethos to the next level, and we are excited to share our progress with you. Work has already started, and we will keep you posted along the way. Tebex supporters will get early access to what is happening, including views of the new content, and pre-launch testing access.

We value your input and want to hear your thoughts on what you would like to see in the new version of Ethos. We are thrilled to announce that we are in the final stages of launching our new website, where you will find a form to submit specific suggestions and requests.

Thank you for being a part of the Ethos community, and we are looking forward to embarking on this exciting journey with you.

Kind regards,
